Why am I doing Carnivore?

I have been overweight to obese most of my life. I have tried and failed at so many diets it’s too many to name. I started my Carnivore Journey on February 22, 2023. Since then, I have found sweet freedom from carb cravings! Incredible health and healing in my body. Reduction in eczema. Reduction in inflammation, and an overall sense of wellbeing. I hate to say never, but here I will say I'm never going back to my old way of eating!! Now I want the whole world to know and particularly the African American and POC community, that there is a better way! The Proper Human Diet.
